Quick & Easy Jello Salad

Mix all ingredients except cool whip together
- 1 pkg jello (any flavor)
- 1 can crushed pineapple (small)
- 1 small cool whip
- 1 small cottage cheese
Pumpkin Dessert

Mix together and pour into a 9 x 13 pan
- 1 can pumpkin (29 oz)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 4 eggs
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter
- 1 Cool Whip
German Ginger Oatmeal Cookies

Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
HAWAIIAN STYLE TERIYAKI CHICKEN

This is the basic ratio for the sauce, you will just increase it depending on how much meat you are soaking
- 3 pounds chicken thigh ( boneless, skinless )
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 clove(s) garlic ( 3-5 cloves, crushed )
- 1 ginger root ( 2-3 slices, cut thin and lengthwise )
Quiche

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8 pieces of bacon
- 1 small onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 T milk
- 2 T flour
- 1 T parsley
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 9 " unbaked pie crust
- 1/4 c mozzerella cheese
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Two-Way Nachos

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with tortilla chips
- 6 oz. baked tortilla chips
- 2 c. cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. Mexican cheese blend
- 4 scallions (trimmed and thinly sliced)
Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

Warm fudge topping and spread over the bottom and sides of crust
- 1/4 c hot fudge topping
- 1 package chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1 (1.5 quart) container vanilla ice cream (softened)
- 3 c whipped topping
- 1 tub (15 oz.) frozen strawberries (sliced)
Zesty Bow Ties

In bowl, whisk together 2 T lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and garlic and set aside
- 1 lemon juiced (can use 2 T lemon juice)
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 T chopped oregano (can use fresh)
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1 6 oz. package baby spinach
- 1 16 oz. box cooked bow tie pasta (drained and cooled)
- 1 7 oz. package feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 c grape tomatoes (halved)
Creamy White Chili

In large pan sauté chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cut in cubes)
- 1 medium onion
- 1/1 /2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 T oil
- 2 cans great Northern beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
Potato Pancakes

Peel potatoes and put n ice cold water to prevent browning
- 12 potatoes (large)
- 3 eggs
- 1 large onion (grated)
- 2/3 c flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4-1/2 lb. butter (1-2 sticks)
