Watergate Salad

Mix all ingredients together adding cool whip last
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 package pistachio instant pudding
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 1/2 c. cool whip (thawed)
Skillet Sweet Potatoes

Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 3 T butter
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 T maple syrup

Strawberry Cream Cheese Bread

With electric mixer cream butter, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk ( half 'n half)
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
Vinegar Chocolate Cake

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 T cocoa
- 5 T oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 T vinegar
Layered Tex-Mex

In skillet cook beef until browned
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/4 c chopped cilantro
- 48 wonton wrappers
- 3 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/1 /2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c red onions (diced)
- 1 c red peppers (diced)
Pizza Steak

In pitcher stir together 7 cups cool water, 2 cans of apricot nectar and sugar

- 2 5.5 oz. cans of apricot nectar

- 3 cold brew tea bags
