Peaches and Cream French Toast Bake

Grease a 9 x 13 pan and set aside
- 4 peaches
- 1 c brown sugar (packed)
- 1 /2 c butter (cut up)
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 loaf French bread (day old)
- 1 package cream cheese (cubed)
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 c half and half
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c almonds (slivered)
- 1 T powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Chinese Style Fried Chicken

- 6 chicken breasts ( cut into inch pieces)
- 6 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups cornstarch

- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 6 bacon slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Lemon Cake w/Butter Cream Frosting

Mix cake mix and eggs until smooth
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter (softened)
- 1 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
Marinated Salad

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 small to med size red onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 8 small cocktail tomatoes sliced, you can use any kind
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
UNSTUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS

In a large skillet,cook ground beef and onion, stirring, until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) low sodium diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 can (14 oz) seetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 1/2 pounds chocolate candy coating (melted)
Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Cut sprouts in half and place in deep skillet with 1/2 c

- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Crab Dip

- 1 large cream cheese
- 1 can crab meat
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. horseradish sauce
- 1/4 c. mixture of chili sauce and ketchup
MEXICAN SPINACH LASAGNA

Brown the hamburger, onion and taco seasoning; drain the fat and stir in the enchilada sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped (2 1/2 ounces)
- 5 teaspoons Linda's Taco Seasoning
- 2/3 cup Red Enchilada Sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 4 ounce can chopped green chiles
- 6 ounces colby-jack cheese, shredded
