Brown sausage and when cool add to cream cheese
- 2 pakages of crescent rolls

Bacon 'n' Herb Potato Salad

In large bowl combine dressing, vinegar, mustard and onions
- 1/2 c oil and vinegar dressing
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c sliced red onions
- 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes
- 6 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 c sliced scallions
- 1 T minced fresh oregano or cilantro
Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken Breast

In medium bowl mix ingredients except chicken
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 chicken breasts

- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c sugar (2 T sugar)
- 2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Top Ramen Cabbage Salad

Combine cabbage and onions in large bowl
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1/2 chopped green onions
- 1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 T rice vinegar
Hot Wing Dip

Shred chicken and mix with hot sauce
- 2 lb. boneless/skinless chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1 bottle Frank's hot sauce (can use Cookie's brand Wings N Things)
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. bottle ranch dressing
- 8 oz. cheddar/jack cheese (shredded)
Brussels Sprouts Pizza

Blanch quartered Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 3-5 minutes
- sliced mushrooms
- pizza crust
- Brussels sprouts
- mozzarella cheese
- red onions
Eclair Dessert

Mix instant pudding and milk
- Whole graham crackers
- 2 small packages of vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can milk chocolate frosting
Spicy Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pimiento Cheese

mix together and serve with crackers
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 (12-oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
- 2 teaspoons finely grated onion $
- 2 teaspoons coarse-ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 (10-oz.) blocks sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded $
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Assorted cracker
Chicken Strawberry Poppy Seed Sandwich

In small bowl, combine dressing and yogurt
- 1/4 c Poppy seed dressing
- 1/4 c vanilla yogurt
- Baguette sliced
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- 2 c cooked chicken (rotisserie)
- 1 c strawberries sliced
- 1/2 c red onion
- 1/4 c walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 c basil leaves
