- 1/4 1/4 to teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste, optional

Directions Add all filling ingredients to a large saucepan over medium heat
- Filling:
- 1 can Grands refrigerated biscuits (buttermilk, original, or honey butter all work well)
- 2 granny smith apples, very finely diced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 6 oz medium dried egg noodles (about 3 1/4 cups)
- 1 cup frozen peas (from a 10-oz package)

Preheat the oven to... While the cauliflower cooks,
- 1 1 1/2 onion, chopped in pieces about 1/2 inch

- 2 2 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 1 1/4 cup raw carrots, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 1 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 3 1 cups diced leftover turkey or chicken, cut into pieces about 1 inch square
- 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 cups turkey gravy (for South Beach Diet, use the gravy with the lowest amount of carbs you can find)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup low-fat grated cheese blend (I used Four Cheese Blend from Costco)
- 1 1 head 1 medium-sized head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- 3-4 3-4 cloves 3-4 large cloves garlic

directions: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil
- 1 large head green cabbage, about 2 to 2 1/4 pounds

- 2 eggs (not necessary, you can leave them out, but they do make the meat fluffier)
