Pennsylvania Dutch Pot Pie

Instructions Add chopped onion, carrot, and celery to a large pot or dutch oven with just enough broth to cover
- Ingredients Pot Pie:
- 1 onion
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 4-6 cups of broth
- 1-2 pounds cooked meat (chicken, beef, ham, etc.)
- Pot pie noodles (see recipe below)
- Salt and pepper to taste
