SALMON BROILED WITH LEMON AND ROSEMARY

Directions Preheat the oven to a low broil setting
- For the Rosemary Salt Blend:
- 2 Tbsp butter, ghee or coconut oil
- 1 lb wild salmon
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Rosemary Salt Blend
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 c ground, dried rosemary
- (preferably made from drying fresh rosemary)
- 1/4 c coarse sea salt
MUSHROOMS IN SAUCE

GREAT TO SERVE WITH STEAKS
- 2 LBS MUSHROOMS
- 6 TBS BUTTER
- 3 TBS FLOUR
- 2 tsp SALT
- 2 tsp PREPARED MUSTARD
- 1/4 tsp NUTMEG
- 1/4 tsp PEPPER
- PINT SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 CUP MINCED PARSLEY
- 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
Cheese Burger Soup

Who doesn't like a great cheese burger?! That said, you'll LOVE this Cheese Burger Soup recipe! Weight Watcher
- 2 sprays cooking spray (I used a little olive oil too...WW wants you to have oil daily)
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped
- 1 pound uncooked lean ground beef (with 7% fat)
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour (I used 3 because I like it thick)
- 3 cups canned chicken broth, divided
- 1 cup low-fat evaporated milk
- 8 ounces Velveeta, 2% reduced fat cheese, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Baked low fat tortilla chips, crumbled
- 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes (optional)
BUFFALO WINGS

WITH LOUISIANA HOT SAUCE
- 5 LBS CHICKEN WINGS
- 1 CUP MARGARINE
- 1 CUP LOUISIANA HOT SAUCE
- 4 PKG. DRY ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING MIX
- 1/3 CUP LENON JUICE
- 1 tsp DRY BASIL

- ANY VEGATABLES YOU WANT. HERE IS WHAT I USED. POTATOES (VARIETY OF DIFFERENT KINDS AND SMALL ONES.
- WHOLE BABY CARROTS
- BABY PEARL ONIONS
- CALIFLOWER
- RED BELL PPPER
- PARSNIPS
- SEASONING: MIX OLIVE OIL INTO VEG AND TOSS WITH HANDS. USE ROSEMARE, THYME,PARSLEY, SAGE AND SALT AND PEPPER
MARINATED THREE BEAN SALAD

DRAIN THE CANNED BEANS. IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE THE BEANS AND ONION RINGS
- 1 CAB LIMA BEANS
- 1 CAN CUT GREEN BEANS
- 1 CAN RED KIDNEY BEANS
- 1 MED ONION THINLY SLICED (RED)
- 2/3 CUP VINEGAR
- 1/2 CUP SALAD OIL
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 tsp SUGAR
- 1 tsp CELERY SEED
PULLED PORK IN SLOW COOKER

- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle root beer
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle your favorite barbecue sauce
- 8 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
