- 1 LB FRESH SPINACH
- 1 SMALL CAN SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS
- FRESH BEAN SPROUTS
- CRISP CRUMBLED BACON
- SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 4 HARD BOILD EGGS SLICED
- DRESSING
- 1 CUP SALAD OIL
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP VINEGAR
- 1/3 CUP KETCHUP
- 2 tsp SALT
- 1 TBS WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 MEDIUM ONION GRATED

- ADD:
- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1 ONION CHOPPED
- BROWN AND COOK TOGETHER
- 8 0Z CAN TOM SOUP
- 1 POUND CAN TOMATOES
- 1 CAN ORTEGA CHILIES CHOPPED
- 1 16 OZ. CAN KIDNEY BEANS
- ADD RED WIND IF TO DRY
- OPTIONAL: CHILE POWDER
- GRATE CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP WITH SOUR CREAM

- 6 English muffins. I toast them first.
- 1 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup green onions, cut into little pieces
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- Slice muffins in half. Toast and spread with the mixture above
- and heat until cheese melts.
- The rounds may be cut into bite size triangles.

PREHEAT OVEN: 400. IN SAUCEPAN BLEND SUGAR WITH CORNSTARCH AND ADD PINEAPPLE
- 1 NINE INCH PIE CRUST - UNBAKED
- 1/3 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TBS CORNSTARCH
- 1 (8 0Z( CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE-UNDRAINED
- 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- ANOTHER 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/3 CUP MILK
- 2 EGGS
- 1/2 TSP VANILLA
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED MACADEMIA NUTS. (I USE MORE)

- 2 TBS VINEGAR
- 1 AND A HALF TSP GARLIC POWDER

- 3/4 CUP SALAD OIL
- 1 GREE ONION CHOPPED
- I ALWAYS USE MORE SOY SAUCE, MORE HONEY, MORE VINEGAR AND MORE GARLIC AND GINGER.
