  • 6 English muffins. I toast them first.
  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup green onions, cut into little pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • Slice muffins in half. Toast and spread with the mixture above
  • and heat until cheese melts.
  • The rounds may be cut into bite size triangles.
