  • 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
  • 3 EGGS BEATEN
  • 1 CUP WHITE SUGAR-USE JUDGEMENT ON SWEETNESS
  • 1 TBS CINNAMON
  • 1 TBS. NUTMEG
  • 1 PKG YELLOW CAKE MIX
  • 3/4 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
  • 1 SQUARE BUTTER MELTED (1/2 CUP)

Step 1

MIX PUMPKIN, SUGAR, MILK, EGGS AND SPICES. POUR INTO 13x9x2 INCH PAN WHICH HAS BEEN LINED WITH WAX PAPER. SPRINKLE OVER ALL-THE YELLOW CAKE MIX THEN SPRINKLE NUTS. POUR MELTED BUTTER EVENLY OVER ALL OF IT.

BAKE 350--TILL DONE-- COOL AND TURN OVER
