Lemon Blueberry Upside Down Cake

Preheat oven to 350° and grease an 8" round cake pan with cooking spray
- FOR THE BLUEBERRY TOPPING
- 2 c. blueberries
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- FOR THE CAKE
- Cooking spray
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. lightly packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. whole milk
- FOR GARNISH
- 1 c. cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. fresh blueberries
- 3 slices lemon, cut into quarters
Swedish Limpa

Limpa is a Swedish rye bread, but not at all like the Eastern European ryes with which you may be familiar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon anise seeds
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup warm water (about 110°F)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Grated zest of 1 orange
- 1 1/2 cups light or medium rye flour
- 5 to 6 cups bread flour
- Light or dark molasses, for glaze
Braised Short Ribs - F&W

Step 1 In a large skillet, heat the oil
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 6 flanken-style short ribs with bones, cut 2 inches thick (about 4 pounds); see Note
