Bread dip that Uncle Dave made for Christmas party
- Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pounds store-bought pizza dough, regular or whole wheat, cut into 1-inch balls
- 2 tablespoons ground rosemary
- Coarse ground sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- Shaved Asiago Cheese
- Tomato sauce, homemade or store-bought, for dipping
Chipotle Bacon BBQ Sauce

Fry the bacon to render the fat
- 5 Slices of Bacon (cooked crispy)
- 1/3 Cup Sweet Onion Minced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1.5 Cups Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Molasses
- 1 Tbsp Ground Mustard
- 2 Tsp Chipotle powder –
- 1 Tbsp Ancho Chili Powder –

- 3 ancho chiles, stemmed, seeded and sliced
- 3 cascabel chiles, stemmed, seeded and sliced
- 3 dried arbol chiles, stemmed, seeded and sliced

- 2 cans (32 oz. each) chicken broth
- 1 can (28 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (28 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 bag wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 6 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, divided
- 3/4 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Shredded Italian* Five Cheese
- 6 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1 lb ground beef or italian sausage, cooked and drainied
- 2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 3 cups water

- 4-5 handfuls of peeled garlic cloves, about 40
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 2 cups dry white wine, we used Chablis
