Double-Batch Classic Bolognese

You know you love it and you know you make it your own special way if you've ever made it before
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 pound pancetta, finely diced
- 4 ounces trimmed chicken livers, finely diced, optional, but recommended
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 2 small ribs celery, finely chopped, with leafy tops, chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 small sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves picked and finely chopped
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef (chuck or sirloin) and veal mix
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 pinches ground cloves
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine (about 1/3 bottle)
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 (28-ounce) cans Italian pureed tomatoes
- 1 pound egg tagliatelle or bucatini pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Cinnamon Swirl Bread

- Bread:
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 packages refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped, divided, optional

- 1/4 cup maple syrup or pancake syrup

- 1 - 10oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup green enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup stewed tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 oz. shredded Monterrey Jack or cheddar cheese
- Cilantro for garnish
Fresh Cranberry Relish

Great Thanksgiving side dish
- 2 lbs. fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 orange, zested and juiced

- 1 small box of orange jello (do not make into jello)
- 1 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 small cottage cheese
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple

In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (10 oz, about 40) package regular mashmallows or 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix the filling ingredients together in a medium saucepan
- Filling:
- 2 cans chunk chicken
- 1 can chopped green chiles
- 1 can chopped black olived
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 package cream cheese
- Sauce:
- 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 pint of whipping cream
- 10 medium size tortillas
- grated cheese (I like a combination of cheddar and mozzerella cheese)
