- 7 oz. marshmallow cream
- 2 Tbl Butter or margarine
- 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Crisp rice cereal
- 12 oz white melting chocolate *drizzle with white chocolate
Subway's Sweet Onion Sauce

NOTE: YOU MAY SUBSTITUTE RED WINE VINEGAR FOR RASPBERRY VINEGAR IF NECESSARY
- 1 cup granulated sugar (plus 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cold water
- 6 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot
- 1 tablespoon minced onion flakes
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh onion juice (use a garlic press)
- 3/4 teaspoon poppy seed
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (plus 1/8 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (plus 1/8 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (plus 1/8 teaspoon)
- 1 -2 drop sesame oil

- 6 eggs, hard boiled, cooled, and peeled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
- Hot pepper sauce
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Variation: add 1 teaspoon chopped canned jalapeno peppers
- 4 radicchio leaves, for garnish

1) Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
- 1-1/2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (12 squares), melted
- 1 square BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
Pretzel Desert

- 2 cups crushed pretzels (not to fine)
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- BAKE IN 9x13 PAN. BAKE 10 MINUTES AT 375. COOL
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 large carton cool whip
- 1 cup sugar
- SPREAD ON 1ST LAYER
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 boxes frozen strawberries
- 1 large box strawberry jello
- MIX JELLO AND BOILING WATER; ADD FROZEN STRAWBERRIES. STIR UNTIL PARTIALLY SET AND PUT ON TOP F FILLING. CHILL AND SERVE WITH WHIP CREAM.

- 1/2 Jar Salsa (or 1 Can Diced Tomatoes)
- 1 15 Oz. Can Black Beans
- 1 15 Oz. Can Cannellini (or Any White) Beans
- 1 15 Oz. Can Kidney Beans
- 1 15 Oz. Can Vegetarian Baked Beans
- 1 Can Kernel Corn (or 1/2 Bag Frozen Corn)
Fruit Pizza with Pineapple Glaze

1. For crust, in a medium mixing bowl combine flour and salt
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4-5 Tbls cold water
- 3 Tbls granulated sugar
- 1 Tbls cornstarch
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 3 cups assorted fresh fruit such as peeled and sliced pineapple; sliced kiwi fruit, plums, or nectarines; halved strawberries; and/or whole raspberries or blueberries.
- 1 8-ounce contained soft-style cream cheese with pineapple
