- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, halved

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp

- 1/2 LB PETER’S BURGUNDY DARK CHOCOLATE (Preferred, if not available then use a dark semi sweet chocolate)
- 1 OZ CAPTAIN MORGAN RUM
- 1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2/3 CUP FINE GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1 TBSP BUTTER
