Melt 8 ounces of the chocolate as directed on package
- 1 pound white baking chocolate, divided
- 4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoon Imitation Rum Extract
- Additional Nutmeg, Ground , for sprinkling

Crack the eggs into a bowl
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp chives
- salt and pepper
- 2 english muffin halves, toasted
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 plum tomato, sliced
Sausage, Eggplant and Pepper Stew

Stir eggplant and tomatoes together in crock pot
- 2 medium eggplants, cut into cubes
- 1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 6 italian sausages
Penne Alla Vecchia Bettola

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1/4 cup good olive oil
- 1 medium Spanish onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 (28-ounce) cans peeled plum tomatoes
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 pound penne pasta
- 4 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 3/4 to 1 cup heavy cream
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Fajita Chicken Pasta

Cook pasta in salted water
- salt and pepper
- 1 box of bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1- 1oz pkg. of fajita seasoning
- 4-5 small uncooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 3 bell peppers, yellow, orange, red- chopped
- lactose free whole milk

- Fruit and Chocolate Chunk:
- 1 cup dried canberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butterr
- 1 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. dark chocolate chips
- Chocolate Coconut:
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 8 oz. dark chocoalte
- shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
Strawberry Truffle Cake

Heat oven to 350°F. Make and bake cake as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan
- Cake
- 1 box moist chocolate fudge cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- Ganache Filling and Topping
- 2 packages (8 oz each) semisweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 1/3 cups whipping cream (use dairy free substitute)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups cut-up fresh strawberries
- Garnish
- 6 fresh strawberries, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips (dont use on dairy free slices)
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
Raspberry Creme Brulee

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F
- 1 extra - large egg
- 4 extra - large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon for each serving
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 2 tablespoons framboise liqueur
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 pint fresh raspberries

Mix all ingredients together on low, scraping sides to ensure proper mixing
- 3 2.5 ounce jars of chicken in gravy baby food
- 1/4 cup dry milk powder
- 1/4 cup of wheat germ

Preheat oven to 400° In your stand mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- GLAZE:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk (I use skim)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest (2 lemons)
- Dash of Vanilla
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of lemon zest
