Peanut Butter Yogurt Pie

Rich and creamy peanut butter pie in an Oreo crust
- 32 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt (I’m partial to Chobani)
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 9-inch crust of your choice (Oreo, graham cracker, etc.)
Cheesy Chicken Ranch Lasagna

Combine evaporated milk and Ranch dressing and pepper in a 3 quart heavy saucepan
- 2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
- 1 (1 oz) pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix (not the dip blend)
- 3 C. cubed, cooked, chicken
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 (16oz) lasagna noodles, cooked (I used 9 noodles)
- 1 1/2 to 2 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 to 2 C mozzarella cheese, grated
Pretzel Crusted Double Chocolate Caramel Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Pretzel Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups crushed butter pretzels
- 1 cup melted butter
- 5 tbsp sugar
- Cookies:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet works too!)

Pumpkin Pie French Toast Bake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 8 ounces thinly sliced French Bread
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup canned Pumpkin
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 tablespoons cubed cold butter
Crab Ravioli with Lemon Butter

These zesty melt-in-your-mouth ravioli combine a classic ricotta filling with lump crabmeat
- For the ravioli:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 cup lump crabmeat, such as peekytoe (8 ounces)
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
- All-purpose flour, for baking sheet
- 90 wonton wrappers (two 12-ounce packages)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten, for egg wash
- Coarse salt
- For the sauce:
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, very finely chopped, plus 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: fresh chervil

- Cake:
- 24 Oreos split in half (cream sides only)
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup milk (whole, buttermilk, or whatever you have)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Cookie Dough Filling:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Brownie Frosting:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
- 5-7 brownies, crumbled

- 1 bag (1-dozen) Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 box vanilla or butterscotch instant pudding

- 1/2 C Butter softened

- 3/4 C to 1 C Dark Chocolate Chips
- Reserved Brownie crumbs
- 1 Can Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 C Peanut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Fudge Lover's Strawberry Truffle Cake Recipe

1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- Cake
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® chocolate fudge cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- Ganache Filling and Topping
- 2 packages (8 oz each) semisweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 1/3 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup butter (do not use margarine)
- 2 cups cut-up fresh strawberries
- Garnish
- 6 fresh strawberries, cut in half lengthwise through stem
- 1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
