Hearty Sausage & Beans Recipe

Directions In a Dutch oven, cook sausage and onion in oil over medium heat until onion is tender
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained

White-Bean Chili
