Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
- 4 packages (16 ounce size) frozen corn
- 16 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, cubed
- 4 tablespoons water
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
- 8 slices (6-8 oz.) American cheese, cut into small pieces
Sour Cream Shredded Chicken Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 3 -4 chicken breasts (depending on size)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- green onions (diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, for filling mixture)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, for topping)
- 12 corn tortillas

This is the fastest way I've found to make traditional buttermilk waffles in the morning
- Dry Waffle Mix:
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup buttermilk powder (Such as Saco brand)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Wet Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup butter, plus extra melted butter to grease waffle iron

- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste
