Kelly's Decorator Icing

Beat Crisco with confectioner's sugar and merangue powder
- Kelly's Recipe:
- 1 C. Crisco
- 4 C. confectioner's sugar (1 lb.)
- 1 T. merangue powder
- 1 t. vanilla or almond extract
- 3 T. water (may need more)
Spaghetti Pie with Prego and Meatballs

Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 C. cottage cheese
- 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 bag frozen, pre-cooked meatballs
- 1/2 jar (or 12 oz.) Prego pasta sauce (I use mushroom flavor, but use any variety you like)
Vegetable Lasagne

Preheat oven to 350. 1
- 4 T. butter
- 2 small zucchini, diced
- 1 stalk broccoli, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 3/4 t. salt
- 2 C. spinach leaves, washed and firmly packed
- 1 - 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 1/2 C. milk
- 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 12 lasagne noodles, cooked
- 2 C. mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix canned chicken and cream of mushroom soup in crock pot
- 50 oz. can cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- crushed saltine crackers

- 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cups pre-cooked farfalle pasta
- 1/2 cup cubed roma tomato
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- kosher salt, and cracked pepper to taste
- 2 ounces baby fresh spinach
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- FRESCA SAUCE
- 1/8 cup fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 cup sweet white wine
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Lime Glazed Chicken

Rinse chicken with cold water to remove ice glaze and pat dry with paper towels
- 6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- cooking oil spray
- 1/3 C. chicken broth
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 T. butter
- 1 T. capers
- 1/2 t. dill weed
Phyllis Diller's Potato Salad

Boil and cook potatoes. Peel and slice when cold
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 1 T. granulated sugar
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 large onion, slivered
- dash vinegar (about 1/2 t.)
- Salt to taste (1 t. or more)

- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Darlene's Sherried Beef (Crock-Pot)

- 1 C. dry sherry
- 1 16 oz. package Reams frozen egg noodles
