EASY TACO PIE

Spray a 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 1 can of Crescent Rolls
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 8 oz. container of sour cream
- 1 8 oz. package of finely shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 package taco seasoning (dry)
- water (use amount indicated on taco seasoning package)
- 1/2 bag crushed tortilla chips
Apple Walnut Crisp

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 375°F
- Accompaniment:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/8 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/8 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup walnuts (5 ounces), toasted , cooled, and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and softened
- 4 1/2 pounds sweet-tart apples such as Gala
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Melting Snowmen Oreo Cookies (Gina Sheppard 2012)

FINELY crush 9 vanilla cream cookies and put in food processor
- 9 Vanilla Creme sandwich cookies (doesn't have to be Oreo, cheaper ones work fine)
- 15 Winter OREO Cookies (red cream)
- 3 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 9 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate or Almond Bark (I used almond bark), melted Assorted colored decorator icing
Lasagna with No Cook Noodles

1. Remove 12 pieces of pasta from package
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 6 C. (about two, 26-oz jars) spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 C. (30 oz.) ricotta cheese and/or cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 12 pieces SAN GIORGIO Oven Ready Lasagna, uncooked
- 4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
One Pot Chicken & Noodles with Broccoli

In 6-qt. saucepan, combine broth, milk and butter; heat to boiling
- 2 cups College Inn® Chicken Broth (99% Fat Free)
- 1 cup milk or half & half
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3-3/4 cups (6 oz.) wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 cups frozen or fresh tiny broccoli florets
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) cooked seasoned chicken pieces
- 3/4 cup grated Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Buckeyes (Gina's Mom's Recipe)

1) Mix peanut butter and butter until smooth in heavy-duty mixer (Kitchen Aid works well)
- 2 lb. Peter Pan peanut butter
- 3 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 lb. butter
- 24 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cake parafin
Low Carb Chicken with Wine Stew

Instructions: In a large, non-stick skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds (1 kg) skinless chicken thighs
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (or 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 2 teaspoons Herbes de Provence)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Expert Foods ThickenThin not/Starch
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 green onions (scallions), sliced
- 1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream
Great Start Breakfast Cookies

1. Heat oven to 350°F. To toast pecans, spread in 15x10-inch pan with sides
- 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Chopped Pecans
- 1 package Pillsbury® Big Deluxe refrigerated oatmeal raisin cookies
- 1 cup finely shredded carrots
- 2 1/2 cups toasted whole wheat flake cereal, crushed to 1 cup
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 3 orange slices, if desired
- 3 large strawberries, if desired
Sue's Artic Mousse

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine
- 1 1/4 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. margarine, melted
- 1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
- 2 - 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 T. milk
- 1 C. whipping cream, whipped
HCG Diet (P3) Mayonnaise

In food processor add egg yolk, vinegar, salt and mustard
- Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 whole egg
