- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 3 1/2 oz (100g) chocolate chips

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1. Pound chicken breasts if they are too thick
- 6 slices of Favorite cheese
- 6 slices of Ham
- 6 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons of Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 6 tablespoons of Butter
- 1/2 cup of Dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon of Chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
- 1 cup of Heavy whipping cream
Pork Tenderloin with Apple Gravy

Season 1 tbsp of the flour with salt and place on a plate
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- salt
- 1 lb (450g) piece of pork tenderloin, sliced into 3/4 in (2cm) pieces.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup apple juice
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 tbsp finely chopped sage leaves

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- Nutella, probably about half a cup, but that's a total guess (sorry - bad blogger)
