Cilantro Pesto Chicken Pizza

Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cilantro Pesto:
- 2 (11 oz) can refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1/2 c seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c thinly sliced red onion
- Garnish: taco sauce, sour cream
- 2 c cilantro leaves
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Sweet Potato and Gruyere Cheese Gratin

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Garlic Cream:
- 1-1/2 c heavy whipping cream
- 5 roasted garlic cloves, minced (see note below)
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, rough chopped
- Gratin:
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 c Gruyere cheese, grated
Burger Bites

COOK barbecue sauce and jelly in large skillet on medium heat 2 min
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 24 small frozen fully-cooked meatballs (about 1 lb.)
- 24 drained canned pineapple chunks (about 1/2 of 20-oz. can)
- 1 large red pepper, cut into 24 pieces
Cuban Toasties

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
- 1-1/2 oz boiled deli ham slices - finely chopped
- (about 1/3 cup)
- 3 oz shredded swiss cheese (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 small onion - finely chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 baguette, cut into 1/3" thick slices
- 2-3 crisp dill pickles, thinly sliced
Garlic-Herb Roast Beef

- 1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme

- 1 tsp onion flakes
