  • 8 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 large parsnip
  • 1 large sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon potato flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 large bay leaves, about 1 teaspoon crushed
  • Even Later :):
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3/4 cup gluten free noodles (I used tinkyada brown/veggie rice spirals)
  • Cook separately:
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 bunch collard greens, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Add to soup when noodles are cooked, then turn off soup
