Cinnamon Date Scones

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup dates, chopped
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
French Yogurt Cake sugar free

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. sea salt
- freshly grated zest of one lemon
- 3/4 cup Truvia baking blend
- 6 oz. Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 t. vanilla
Blueberry Sauce

Heat berries, water, sugar and lemon juice to a low boil
- 2 cup berries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Truvia
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. cornstarch mixed with 2 T. water
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1 T. lemon zest
Almond Cream Puff Ring

Cover a baking sheet with foil; grease the foil
- DOUGH
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- =====================================================
- FILLING
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 t. almond extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- =======================================================
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 T. butter
- 1 1/2 t. light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 t. milk
Sweet & Sour Coleslaw

Chill shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 1/2 large head of cabbage, shredded or 1 1/2 lb. bag of coleslaw mix
- 1 t. salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Black Forest Protein Ice Cream - Shelly's

Mix together milk, protein, and syrup
- 1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk (or Regular Milk)
- 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Black Cherry Torani Syrup
- 1/4 cup Cherries (fresh or frozen), chopped
- 1/2 a slice of Shelly's 5 Minute Sugar Free Black Forest Cake, chopped (recipe below)
Monkey Cereal Snack Mix - Shelly's

Mix together
- 1/4 cup Cheerios Cereal (Multigrain Dark Chocolate Crunch ones)
- 6-12 Almonds (I used 6 Blue Diamond Salted Caramel Almond)
- 5-6 pieces of Freeze-dried Banana (not dried, freeze dried)
Shelly's Mini Apple Breakfast Loaf (Chai Spice Version)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all wet ingredients together and combine with dry ingredients
- 1/2 cup Spelt Flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Oatmeal, dry
- 1/4 cup Spiced Chai Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Apple Pie Spice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup "Stuff" (Chopped Walnuts or Raisins or Cranberries or a Combo)
- 2 cups Apple, peeled and chopped (I used 2 Honeycrisps)
- 1/2 cup Sugar Free Caramel Torani Syrup
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (2% plain or flavored, whatever)
Caramel Spiced Apples - Slow Cooker

Combine cinnamon and cloves
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/8 t. cloves
- 5 red-skinned cooking apples, cored & halfed
- 1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sugar-free caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 cup toasted, chopped pecans
