- 1 small bag shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 onion chopped

Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 1 store bought pizza crust
- 6 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked BBQ pork, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, defrosted
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno rings
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

In a slowcooker combine Cheese and Tomatos and let heat until nice and creamy
- 2 Packages Velveeta Cheese
- 2 cans Rotel tomato drianed (choose your spice)

Eggplant and Potato Moussaka (Emeril)

Place the eggplant slices in a large bowl and cover with water
- 3 large eggplants, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil, plus more as needed
- 3 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 pound ground lamb
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup salt, plus more for seasoning
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/3 cup grated Kefalotiri cheese, or Parmesan or Romano
Mega Meatball Pizza (Rachel Ray)

Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough, store bought or from your favorite pizza shop
- A palm full all-purpose flour or cornmeal
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling, plus 2 tablespoons – 2 turns of the pan
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped rosemary leaves, a couple of sprigs
- Coarse salt
- 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Black pepper
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- A handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 pound fresh mozzarella or brick mozzarella, your choice, sliced or grated

- 1/3 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup packed basil leaves
- A handful fresh flat-leaf parsley
- A handful fresh mint leaves

- 1 large clove garlic, peeled
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
