Entree, Ground Turkey: Turkey Veggie "Lasagna" Bake

Brown meat and drain well, if necessary
- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked, (or other similarly shaped pasta-like small shells)
- 1 pound Ground turkey, (or beef, chicken, sausage or tofu crumbles)
- 1 jar Pasta Sauce, (26 ounces)
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 pound Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Veggies , (diced zucchini, matchstick carrots, etc.)
- salt and pepper

- 1 Cup Almonds
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 2 and 1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Golden Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
Dessert, Angel Cake: Healthier Pudding/Berry Trifle

- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Sugar Free Vanilla OR Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup thawed Light COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake or 2 pkg. (5 oz. each) dessert shells (12 shells)
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)

- MIX pineapple and dry pudding mix. Stir in COOL WHIP.

- 2 1/4 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 18 thin rectangular crème de menthe chocolate candies, unwrapped, cut in half diagonally

- 1 box yellow cake mix, prepared and cooled
- 2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 12 maraschino cherries, with stems OR 1 cup sliced strawberries
