Dessert:Banana Dump Cake w/ Pecan Caramel Frosting

Mix all ingredients for the cake and pour in greased & floured 9x13 cake pan
- Frosting:
- 1 Classic Yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 or 3 bananas)
- 2 tsp banana liqueur or 1 tsp extract (optional)
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup chopped pecans (to taste)

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the corn for 3 minutes until the starchiness is just gone
- 5 ears corn, shucked
- 1/2 c diced red onion (1 small onion)
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 c fresh basil leaves (long strips)

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons House Seasoning, recipe follows
- Eight 4-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- One 14-ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup sliced Vidalia onion
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat 1-percent milk
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped

Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting: 1
- Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting:
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- pinch kosher salt
- Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
- 1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- pinch kosher salt
- Vanilla Frosting:
- 2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 pound confectioners’ sugar (about 3 3/4 cups), sifted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch kosher salt
- Lemon Frosting:
- Same as vanilla, except omit the vanilla extract & add
- 2 Tbs. finely grated lemon zest
- Coffee Frosting:
- Same as vanilla, except add
- 1 Tbs. instant espresso powder
- 1 Tbs. hot water
- Caramel Frosting:
- Same as vanilla, except add
- 1/2 cup prepared dulce de leche

5 point cake made with egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar - (unpacked)
- 1 1/3 cups rhubarb cut 1/2" pieces
- 18 1/4 ounces unprepared yellow cake mix
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup fat-free creamer
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Combine flour and pepper in large Ziploc bag
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thigh tenders or chicken breast tenders*
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup cashews
Candy: Baileys Coffee and White Chocolate Fudge

- 150 ml Baileys with a Hint of Coffee
- 50 ml milk
- 30 g butter
- 350 g caster sugar
- 300 g white chocolate

- 1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine, or other wine or broth or bouillon
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Add additional vegetables, optional
