Garlic Asiago Baked Spiralized Fries

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Beef Stroganoff - Crokpot

In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients, except the meat AND the Cream Cheese, together
- 2 pounds cubed stew meat
- 2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 largish onion diced
- 2-3 -4 tabls of Worcestershire (this stuff is so awesome I always add more)
- 1/2 water
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- couple of dashes of Garlic Salt (1 tsp?)
- couple dashes of Hot Paprika (see I just can't believe this would be good without some sort of kick)
Cheese-Trio Artichoke & Spinach Dip Recipe

•In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender

- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- Toasted French bread baguette slices

- 4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

In a bowl, whisk together eggs and half & half
- 4 whole Corn Tortillas
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeds And Membranes Removed, Finely Diced
- 4 whole Plum Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Roughly Chopped
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Roughly Chopped
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 12 whole Large Eggs
- ¼ liters Cotija Cheese, Grated (may Use Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Etc.)
- ⅓ cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ cups Half-and-half
GERMAN SWEET CHOCOLATE CAKE

Melt chocolate in boiling water; cool
- FROSTING:
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- Melt chocolate in boiling water; cool. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add yolks, beating well after each. Blend in vanilla and chocolate.
- Sift flour with soda and salt. Add dry mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Pour into 3 prepared cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Beat eggs, milk, sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes, stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; add coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Beat until cool and of spreading consistency. Frost between layers, top, and sides.
Pressed Breakfast Burritos

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more, to taste

- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbs. olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 3/4 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, boiled until tender and diced
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
