MAGICAL PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES {paula deen}

- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter {10oz}
- 1-1/3 cups Splenda
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

WHITE CHIP ISLAND COOKIES

White Chip Island Cookies have a wonderful flavor combination of coconut, vanilla, white morsels and nuts
- 2 cups {10oz} all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup {6oz} butter, softened
- 3/4 cup {5.5oz} packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup {2.25oz} granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 8 oz. Premier White Morsels
- 3 oz. flaked coconut, toasted if desired
- 1 cup {112g} chopped macadamia nuts or walnuts
BEER CHEESE SOUP {mom westrick}

Combine in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours, stir occasionally
- 2 cans mushroom or celery soup
- 1 cup beer
- 1 lb.velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- Soup can of milk
ORIENTAL POT ROAST

In a dutch oven over med-heat, brown roast in oil on all sides; drain
- 3 lb. boneless beef rump roast
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 {20oz} can pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
MUSHROOM PARMESAN

Place a grill pan over med-high heat or preheat a gas or charcoal grill
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil +
- 4-6 portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (1oz)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
HAWAIIAN MARINATE {carr's/eagle river}

- 1/4 cup soy sauce {2oz}
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice {2oz}
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 gloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar {1oz}
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
OLIVE TAPENADE

- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1.75 c. whole, pitted olives {kalamata, black, green}
- 1 anchovy fillet, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons olive oil {3oz}
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
