Balsamic Pork Scallopine Recipe

Dredge pork cutlets in flour
- NOODLES:
- 3 pounds pork sirloin cutlets
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup minced fresh basil or 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (16 ounces) egg noodles
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Fill the slow cooker. In a slow cooker on low add 1 cup of the beer and all of the liquid smoke, hot sauce, maple...
- For the garnish:
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups beer (your favorite, but try to stay away from specialty flavors)
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/4 cup grade A maple syrup
- 1/4 cup red onion pulp (grated on a rasp or box grater into a liquid measure)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated on a rasp
- 16 ounces maple-smoked cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
- 16 ounces smoked Gouda, shredded or cubed
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and very finely chopped (not shredded)
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 8 strips bacon, crisped and crumbled or chopped
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
- Corn tortilla chips, bagel crisps, crostini, or Melba toast

Fill a deep fryer with peanut oil to the manufacturer’s recommend level and preheat to 350 degrees F
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1 whole Egg

- 2 packages Lit'l Smokies, 14 Ounce Packages
- 32 ounces, fluid Peanut Oil (approximate)

- 10 ounces raw boneless skinless lean chicken breast, cut into nuggets
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free pancake syrup
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon reduced-sodium or lite soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 tablespoons Salted Butter
- 24 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 24 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 2 pounds Elbow Macaroni
