This is so good, a nice light dessert that can be changed up by different pudding mixes
- Pie crust:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Layer 1:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup cool whip
- Layer 2:
- 2 regular sized pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- Topping:
- cool whip
- chopped almonds

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 scant cup powdered sugar (Confectioner's sugar)
- 1/2 large tub of Cool Whip
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1/2 cup all natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups milk (you can use almond milk if you like)
- 1/2 large tub of Cool Whip
- caramel or chocolate syrup
Chicken Enchilada Bake

Preheat oven to 375F degrees
- 2 2 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 1 1 1 cup water
- 1 1 oz.) can 1 (10 oz.) can mild green chile enchilada sauce

- For the glaze:
- 1 7-ounce container plain Greek yogurt
- 1 7-ounce cup full of canola oil
- 1 7-ounce cup full of sugar
- 2 eggs
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 7-ounce cups full of self-rising flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 7-ounce cup full of powdered sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A handful of poppy seeds
- Whipped cream, for serving

- 1 stick Butter
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups Blackberries (frozen Or Fresh)

- CAKE:
- 1 (15.25-ounce) package Pillsbury Key Lime Cake Mix
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup coconut oil or canola oil
- FILLING:
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup key lime juice or regular lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup Pillsbury creamy supreme key lime frosting
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped

Asparagus Fish Bake Recipe

Place the asparagus in a small saucepan and cover with water
- 6 medium fresh asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3/4 pound cod, haddock or orange roughy fillets
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crushed saltines (about 7 crackers)
- 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
