Directions In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Waffled Monte Cristos

In a shallow bowl, combine the egg, milk, sugar and orange peel
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 4 slices white bread
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
- 4 slices process American cheese (2/3 ounce each)
- 2 thin slices deli turkey (1/2 ounce each)
- 2 slices Swiss cheese (3/4 ounce each)
- 2 thin slices deli ham (1/2 ounce each)
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam

- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup milk
Emeril's Sauteed Tuscan Kale With White Beans

Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan and, when hot, add the bay leaf, garlic and crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed and roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds kale, rinsed and cut into 1-inch slices crosswise
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 15‑ounce cans Cannellini Beans or White Beans
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling, optional

- golden mushroom soup
- 1 Can (10 3/4 oz)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Carton (8 oz) sour cream
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder
- 16 Corn tortillas
- 1/2 c Butter -- melted
- 2 Cans (4 oz each) chopped
- green chilies
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese -- shredded
