Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions
- 2 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 ⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 ⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 cup milk
- 4 egg, separated
- 1 ⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 ⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter

- 1 1 to box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients needed to make cake: eggs, oil, water)*

- 1 1 oz.) can 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

- 1 1 oz.) box 1 (3.5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 2 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, divided use
- 1 1 1 cup cold milk

Directions made in the Ninja cooker
- You will need:
- My Mom gave me this recipe years ago, I don't know where she got it, but it's really good and wanted to try in the Ninja.
- The square pan that comes with the Ninja, sprayed lightly with Pam
- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast or cutlets, cubed
- 10 1/2 to 12 oz. instant rice
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 10 3/4 oz can mushroom soup
- 1 10 3/4 oz can celery soup
- 1 soup can of milk (whatever kind you like)
- 1 stick of butter melted

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- pinch of salt (my addition, optional)
- pinch of red pepper flakes (my addition, optional)
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cubed pepperoni
- 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce
