Crispy Orange Sesame Honey Chicken

Instructions Gently whisk the egg white, corn starch, rice wine vinegar and oil in a medium bowl
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons peanut or canola oil
- For Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed then minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 cup orange juice (about 2 oranges)
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup cornstarch for dusting chicken
- 2-3 cups canola or other high-heat-oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, cut on the diagonal into 1/2" pieces (white and been parts)

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chili sauce (i.e. Heinz, not Thai variety)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Creole Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbs cider vinegar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
