- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 can (6 oz) Muir Glen® organic tomato paste
- 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream (12 oz)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (10 oz)
- 2 cans (4 oz each) Old El Paso® whole green chiles, drained, chopped 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
