We had a good run, soups and stews
- 1 pound bucatini, spaghetti or other long pasta
- 1 1/2 cups fresh peas
- 12 marinated artichoke heart quarters, drained (available at gourmet grocery stores)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint, for garnish
- Lemon zest, for garnish
- Freshly ground black pepper, for garnish
Nonna's Lemon Ricotta Biscuits

Directions Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plus 1 teaspoon sugar or more as needed for sprinkling
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest (from 2 lemons)
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced almonds
Grilled Montana Trout

1. Place each trout onto a square of aluminum foil
- 2 trout, cleaned and head removed
- 3 tablespoons cold butter, thinly sliced
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved and thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 plastic oven bag, turkey size
- 1 cup Swanson® Chicken Stock
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground sage, dried rosemary and dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 (6 to 8 pound) bone-in turkey breast
