Blueberry Cake with Limoncello Glaze

This is one of my most requested cakes
- For the Glaze:
- 2 3/4 cup of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 3/4 cup of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups of blueberries tossed in 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 blueberries for garnish
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons of limoncello
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or corn syrup)
- Lemon zest for garnish (optional)
Vanilla-Prosecco Pound Cake

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For Prosecco Glaze:
- 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1 cup Prosecco
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cups canola oil
- 5 cold eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla paste or vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Coffee-Molasses Marinated Pork Chops

A friend gave me this fabulous pork chop recipe, and it's seriously the best pork I've ever tasted
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 6 fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
Turkey and Cranberry Wreath

- 2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 cups (12 ounces) chopped cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

Crab Pie is a rich, savory, almost quiche-like pie that is very satisfying
- 2- 9 ″ deep pie crusts (baked 3 minutes and cooled)
- 1 lb. lump crab meat *
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp. Frank's hot sauce

FIVE STARS YUMMY!!!!! Yield: 4-5 dozen
- For the Base:
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- For the Topping:
- 12 oz milk chocolate morsels
- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 bags (8oz each) Butterfinger Bites, crushed

- 8 sheets phyllo dough (14 inches x 9 inches)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
- 1 cup whipped topping

Candy Bar Brownie Trifle

- (19.9-ounce) package brownie mix
- 1 (6-serving-size) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 1/2 cups coarsely chopped assorted candy bars (with 1/2 cup reserved for garnish)
- 1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan and Bread Crumbs

Preheat oven to 400º. Toss florets with olive oil, bread crumbs and cheese
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1/2 -1 inch florets
- 1/2 cup fresh panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (I CONFESS, I DON'T MEASURE AND I'M SURE I USE MORE!!!!)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (AGAIN, I DON'T MEASURE BUT MAKE SURE THE FLORETS ARE WELL COATED!!!!!!
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
