- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. black bean sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. red bean curd
- 1 tsp. five-spice powder
- Basting:
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. boiling water
Nicki's Chile Con Carne

Crock pot This recipe is a culmination of many recipes I have tried over the years
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 3 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. regular chili powder
- 2 tsp. hot chili powder

- 1 cup Crisco
- 1 cup butter
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
- 7 cups icing sugar
- 2 tsp. milk, approximately
Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

1) To cold water, add Bisquik and cheese, blending in a mixing bowl
- DOUGH:
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquik
- 3 ounces freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 11 ounces cold water
- GARLIC SPREAD:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
Cauliflower Gratin

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 large head cauliflower, washed and broken into florets
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheese (I used a combo of sharp cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Bourbon Sweet Potatoes

Preheat over to 375F Warm sugar, butter, bourbon, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or oleo
- 1/3 cup bourbon, Grand Marnier or orange juice

- 11-14 ounces mixed Chinese greens -- bok choy, Chinese broccoli (gai larn), baby spinach
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil

- 4 scallions, finely shreddes

- 1/4 cup sliced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons tangerine zest

- Juice from 6 large tangerines (1 1/2 cups)
