Olive Garden's house dressing

Put ingredients into the bottle of dressing and shake well
- 8 oz. Paul Newman's Own vinegar and oil dressing
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. sugar or 3 plgs. substitute sugar
Creamy Vegetable Dill Dip

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 pkg. Knorr® Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1 container (16 oz./500g) sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Hasselback Potatoes

- 1/2 stick butter, cut into thin slices
- 1 piece Parmigiano-Reggiano, sliced thinly
- Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Set oven to 375°. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 1-1/4 cups margarine or butter, softened
- 1-1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Asparagus Shrimp Dip

This shrimp dip is really easy to prepare and always disappears fast
- VARIATIONS:
- 1 package Knorr asparagus soup mix
- 1 (4-ounce) can shrimp, drained and chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
- Replace shrimp with tuna, or crab.
- Asparagus soup mix with Fine Herbs, or Leek.

- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 (10-oz.) can Old El Paso® Enchilada Sauce
- 1 (4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso® Chopped Green Chiles
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 7 or 8 Old El Paso® Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos & Fajitas (from 10.5-oz. pkg.)
- 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 oz. crumbled chèvre (goat) cheese

- 3 green onions, sliced

- 1 1/4 cups raisins
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- 2/3 cup superfine sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 recipe sweet pastry
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten, for brushing
- icing sugar, for dusting
Beef Noodle Soup

Warm beef soup that tastes fabulous
- 1 lb. hamburger
- beef broth
- carrots, some sliced and some peeled
- celery, chopped
- onions, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes, with liquid
- 2 handfuls of macaroni
- Salt, pepper, thyme.
