Bang Bang Shrimp

Make the sauce: In a small bowl whisk the sauce ingredients together
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - 2 t. hot sauce
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 t. rice vinegar
- Breading:
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten with 2 T. water
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 t coarse salt or 1/2 t. table salt
- 1/2 t. ground black pepper
- 1/4 t. onion powder
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- oil for deep frying - vegetable, coconut or canola
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Garnish:
- 1 handful of mixed greens
- 1 green onion, snipped with kitchen shears
Pecan Sweet Potato Bake

In a large mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat until light and fluffy
- TOPPING:
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. half and half crema
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 c. cold butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Crab Dip

Cook onion and celery in the margarine in a sauce pan until onion and celeary are clear
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 3 small onions
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 T worchestershire sause
- 2 T chopped parsley
- seasoning to taste
Smoky Bacon Wraps

Cut bacon strips in half widthwise
- 1 lb. sliced bacon
- 1 16 oz package cocktail sausages
- 1 c. brown sugar
Corn Casserole

Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine Add soup and corn
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 1/2 - 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 jars jalepeno Cheez Whiz
Apple Crumb Pie

Place apples in a buttered 9 inch pie plate
- 4 c. peeled sliced applies
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
- dash sale
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
Cabbage Rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cabbage, stem trimmed
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Rotel tomatoes
- Seasoning
- 1 jar Cajun Power spaghetti sauce
Cheesy Potatoes

Peel and slice potatoes into a large baking dish
- 5 lbs red potatoes
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- Tony Chachere to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- Cheese Whiz
- Velveeta cheese
Lemon Blueberry Cake

Beat eggs and sugar on high speed for 5 minutes or until lightened in color and thick
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 T lemon zest
- 1/2 T. corn starch
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 lb. blueberries
Broccoli Salad

Cook and crumble bacon. Combine bacon with raisens, nuts
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 3/4 c. raisens or red grapes
- 3/4 c. almonds or pecans
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 T white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
