Fresh Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 5-7 granny smith apples, peeled, cored & thinly sliced
- 1 9 ounce package yellow cake mix
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T ground cinnamon
- 1 stick real butter
Bacon Wrapped Roasted Green Beans

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 5-6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 2 T butter
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
Stuffed Bread

Roll out the bread. Layer ingredients above
- Bridgeford frozen bread, thawed overnight
- 5 slices swiss cheese
- hamburger, sausage or pork patties that have been prepared and cooked (about 5 patties)
- chow chow
- 5 slices of pepper jack cheese
- smoked sausage (steam in microway to get grease out)
- shredded mozarella
Corn Dip

Mix ingredients and chill 4-6 hours before serving
- 3 cans Mexicorn, drained
- 1 4 oz. can green chilies
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 jalepano, chopped
- Tony Chachere seasoning
Corn and Green Bean Casserole

Mix first six ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole
- 1 can shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 can French green beans,drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pack Ritz crackers
- Parmesan cheese
Broccoli Patties

Mix all together and make small patties and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet
- 16 oz pack of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained or 2 cups fresh broccoli, steamed
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- seasoning to taste
- 1 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
Banana Nut Cake

Cream eggs, margarine and sugar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 sticks softened margarine
- 3 c flour
- 1 1/2 t. soda
- 3 eggs
- 6 ripe bananas
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- pinch salt
Hash Brown Casserole

Thaw potatoes, mix all ingredients together
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
Porl Tenderloin Diane

Press each tenderloin slice into 1 inch thickness
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into crosswise pieces
- 2 t. lemon pepper
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T Worchestershire sauce
- 1 t. Dijon style mustard
- 1 T minced parsley or chives
Slow Cooker Ribs

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except for ribs
- 4 lbs. ribs
- 1 t. worchestershire sauce
- 1 t. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bottle sweet baby rays barbeque sauce
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 t. oregano
