Petite Cherry Cheesecakes

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t. vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
Carrot souffle

Steam or boil carrots until very soft and drain well
- 3 1/2 lbs. peeled carrots
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/3 c. flour
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 lb. butter
- powdered sugar
Broccoli Soup

Cook broocoli in microwave and drain
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 packs chopped frozen broccoli
- 8 oz Velveeta Mexican cheese
- 8 oz. Velveeta jalepeno cheese
- 2 cans milk
Slow Cooker Chicken Drummettes

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t. oil
- 1 T honey
- 1 t. ginger
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 18 chicken wings
Candied Carrots

Place carrots in a pot of salted water
- 1 lb. carrots, cut into 2 in pieces
- 2 T. butter, diced
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Braised Beef Brisket

Stir together first 5 ingredients in large roasting pan
- 2 14.5 oz cans beef broth
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 T hickory liquid smoke
- 1 7-9 lb. beef brisket
Choclate Coconut Bars

Combine the crumbs, butter and sugar
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 14 oz can condensed milk
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 7 oz. plain chocolate candy bar
- 2 T creamy peanut butter
Microwave Pralines

Combine all ingredients in an 8 cup pyrex measuring cup
- 2 c. pecans
- 2 c. raw sugar (Sugar in the Raw)
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 1/8 t. salt
- 2 T butter
- 1 t. vanilla
Ginger Bread

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. ginger
- 3 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/4 c. warm milk
- 3 c. flour
Eclair Dessert

Make pudding with milk; fold in Cool Whip
- Chocolate Topping:
- 2 boxes French vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1/2 box of Baker's chocolate (I use semi-sweet, but you can use whatever)
- 3 T butter
- 1 T vanilla
- 3 T corn syrup
- 3 T milk
- 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
