Best Strawberry Poke Cake

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 1 box white cake mix plus ingredients to prepare the mix (3 eggs whites, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. vegetable oil)
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 c. white chocolate chips
- 1 package 3 oz. strawberry Jello
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 cans 21 oz. each strawberry pie filling
- Cool Whip
- 10-15 fresh strawberries
Black Beans

In a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion and garlic and bring to a boil
- 1 16 oz. can black beans
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Dressing Mix - Tell's

Cook in large roaster for 5 hours, siring often and keeping moist with chicken broth
- 6 lb. dressing mix
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 2 lb. ground pork
- 3 large onions
- 3 large bell pepper
- 1/2 c. celery
- garlic - plenty
- Chicken broth with garlic

- 1 c. heavy cream
- 3 T. sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 t. vanilla extract
Crawfish Enchiladas

In a large skillet melt 1/2 stick of the butter
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup finely copped onions
- 1 cup canned green chiles, chopped
- 3/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 3/4 t. of salt
- 2 3/4 t. of white pepper
- 1 1/2 t. ground red pepper
- 3/4 t. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 t. minced garlic
- 3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 8 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese or other white cheese
- 2 lbs. peeled crawfish tails
- 2/3 cups very finely chopped green onions
- 20 flour tortillas
Mexican Beef Casserole

Brown round beef and onion together for about 10-12 minutes, draing
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can kernel corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 8-12 corn tortillas
- 3/4 c. nonfat sour cream
- 1 cans rotel tomatoes with green chilis, drained
- 1/3 c. Mexican blen or taco cheese shredded
- sliced jalapeno peppers

- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 lb. crawfish
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. cooked rice

Quarter chickens and season with salt and red pepper
- 2 fryers
- l lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 block oleo
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 12 oz packages #4 spaghetti
Hamburger Soup

1. Brown onion, ground beef and garlic until no pink remains
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 can 28 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 t. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen
