- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- Ritz crackers

- 1/2 cup dried onion flakes (or fresh as much as desired)
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (add a little extra)
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh)

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small grated onion
- salt and pepper to taste

Sweet and Sour Green Beans

- 3 cans French style beans
- 3 pieces bacon
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
Coleslaw

Mix all together
- 1 pkg. prepared coleslaw mix
- 1 bottle Kraft coleslaw dressing
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- pinch of salt
Corn Pudding

Mix well, put in casserole and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- salt
- 1 slice of chopped onion
Cheese Ball

Cream the cream cheese and cheddar
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbs. onions finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. pimento, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

New Irish Potatoes in Cream Gravy

Cut potatoes in 1" to 1 1/2 " cubes
- 4 medium sized potatoes, peeled
- 2 Tbs butter
- 3/4 cup sweet milk
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. plain flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Baked Beans

Combine all ingredients and warm

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. instant minced onion
- t tsp. mustard
