- 4 pieces of chicken or 1 whole chicken
- 12 corn torillas
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 small cans jalepeno peppers (optional)

- 2 whole chickens or 8-10 breasts
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- 1 bottle Russian Dressing
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Green Bean Casserole

Boil green beans in salt water for 1 hour
- 3 can whole green beans
- 3 strips bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 Tbs. caraway seeds
- Little Accent
- Black Pepper
- Ritz Cracker
- 1 stick butter
Hamburger Stroganoff

Cook onion in butter over medium heat until transparent
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Sherried Chicken

Brown chicken in 1/2 stick of margarine
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 stick margarine, divided
- 3/4 cup Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Sprinkle beef with salt. Brown beef in skillet, breaking up with fork
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
Cheese Stuffed Shells

Beat eggs. Add cheeses. Mix in seasonings
- Filling:
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 box of shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley
