Ranch Potatoes

- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sausage Rice Casserole by Faith Roberts

- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 branches green onions, chopped
- 1 box wild rice (Uncle Ben's)
- 1 can mushrooms with juice
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
Artichoke Dip

Combine ingredients in casserole
- 1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- garlic powder to taste
Cherry Dill Sausage Balls

Combine sausages. Pat out as thin as possible
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- (Sausage should be Tennessee Pride or Southern Belle)
- 1 can cherry dills
Curry Dip for Vegetables

Mix all together and chill
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. celery seed
- 2 small cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 Tbs. horseradish
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 3 or 4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- lemon juice to taste
- 2 tsp. mustard
Country Club Squash

Cook squash and onion in boiling, salted water until tender
- 8 medium yellow squash
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. paprika

Slice okra. Fry bacon and reserve grease
- okra
- onion, chopped
- bell pepper, chopped
- 4-5 pieces bacon
Crab Dip

Melt butter and cheese on low fire
- 2 lbs. crabmeat
- 2 sticks mayonnaise
- dash of hot sauce
- 6 onion tops
- fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. cream cheese
Scalloped Squash

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease casserole
- 8 medium squash
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 2 cups cheese
Hot Beef Dip

Blend all. Pour in greased casserole
- 1 (5 oz.) jar chipped beef, rinsed and chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbs. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
