- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar

- 2 lb. extra-lean back ribs
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed beef consommé

- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce

Slow Cooker Round Steak
