Machaca Beef

- 1 1/2 lb beef roast
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 beef boullion cubes
- 1 (4oz) can diced green chiles
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp season salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup salsa
White Chicken Chili

- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 can (15 to 16 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
- 2 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Chocolate Cheesecake

I had this at a work event and it was great
- Crust:
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 oz chocolate, finely chopped (I used bittersweet chocolate)
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1 3/4 cups graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
Crock-Pot Oriental Chicken

1. Brown chicken in oil. Transfer to Crock-Pot
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup almonds
Salad Dressing

Old Fashioned Rolled Butter Cookies

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chips Blondies Recipe

I made these for the 2014 Family reunion at Moore's Lake Place
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (8.82oz)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 1-1/2 cups packed light brown sugar (10.6 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolate (I used regular sized Costco Chocolate chips.)
Black Bean Chili with Cilantro

- 1 cup dry sherry or Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large onions, chopped (2 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3 cans (15 oz each) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 cups Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 teaspoons chili powder or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnishes, if desired
- Additional chopped onion
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Plain yogurt or sour cream

In a 1 quart or 1 liter jar, layer the following ingredients:
- 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vanilla chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup oil
