  • 156-mL can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 cinnamon stick
