- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or regular)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup coconut aminos or gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon bbq rub
